Olmec finds from Cerro El Manati go on show in Xalapa exhibition on sacred spaces

Ninety artefacts from El Manati, La Merced and El Macayal, including wooden busts, jade axes and rubber balls deposited between 1700 and 900 BC, open a year-long exhibition on Olmec sacred landscapes at the Museo de Antropologia de Xalapa.
