Lost Urartian fortress discovered in Türkiye’s Muş Province

Satellite imagery and field survey identified a vast fortified site near Mescidli in eastern Türkiye. Around 1.4 kilometers of walls enclose roughly 120,000 square meters, with possible links to early Urartu.
