Sacred Road Mapped in Northern Peru’s Chicama Valley

Drone survey mapped a more than mile-long ceremonial road in Peru's Chicama Valley. The feature appears to have linked a fortified settlement, agricultural land and ritual spaces within a broader Chimú landscape.
